We had the pleasure of photographing Amanda and Mikey’s beautiful summer wedding. The ceremony and reception was held at the picturesque Bird House in Inman, SC. Amanda and Mikey are the nicest couple ever and we had a wonderful time getting to know them.

We hope you enjoy our favorites from their special day. [V]

Amanda … seriously, you are stunning! Absolutely stunning!

The nervous but, very excited groom.

I love Amanda’s expression in this picture … such a happy time!

The centerpieces were so pretty!

Mikey hugging Casey (his brother and best man) after his toast. There was not a dry eye in the room.

Matthew and I stole the lovely newlyweds during the reception to get a few of just them.

One of my favorites from the day!

I just love this family photo … so cute!

Amanda and Mikey, thanks again and congratulations on married life! God Bless! … and Go Tigers!

Last Saturday we shot Patrick and Jessica’s wedding at Holy Communion Lutheran Church in Spartanburg,SC. Vernice and I had a blast getting to photograph their special day and we really enjoyed working with everyone involved. If you remember last Saturday’s weather, it is fair to say that they picked the best day for a wedding in 2009 thus far. Everything seemed to flow perfectly and it was one of those weddings that reminds us why we’re in this wonderful business.

We met Patrick and Jessica just over a month ago to talk about their wedding day. From our conversation that day, it was easy to see how excited they were about spending the rest of their lives together. You couldn’t help but feel their love for each other as we watched them say their vows. Their family and friends all have a great sense of energy and they were so much fun to get to know.

Here are a few pictures from their wedding day.  Leave some comments if you get a chance. We love hearing from our blog readers!! Cheers. [M]

Isn’t she cute??

What’s a wedding without the kiss…

I love this shot that Vernice took of them during their first dance.

We both loved this shot of Jessica with her dad dancing.

This makes us smile!

The following pictures were taken outside of Summit Pointe where they had their beautiful reception.

Vernice and I traveled to Long Island, New York in October to photograph Clinton and Janine’s beautiful autumn wedding. Everything about our trip to New York was great, except driving in Manhattan for the first time. I don’t think we have ever been so tense, especially since we didn’t get insurance on the rental car! Now that we have made it home safely, we can mark that off our life’s to-do list. Wheew!

The weather was perfect … just as perfect as this couple. We felt honored to be a part of their special day and to have been able to capture priceless moments that exemplified their love for one another.

Clinton watching Janine walk down the aisle reaffirmed our passion and love for photography. We hope you enjoy the photos. Thank you again and congratulations to the newlyweds. Cheers. [M]

Watching Clinton and Janine see each other for the first time that day was something we’ll never forget…

Another look at their beautiful ceremony.

Here are some shots of Clinton and Janine leaving the church.

We had so much fun with the bridal party.

Some shots from the reception…

This is one of our favorites….

More of Clinton and Janine after the reception.

I like this shot Vernice took of them.
