We had a great time this past Sunday over at Karen and Shane’s house for the 43rd edition of the Super Bowl.  We always enjoy hanging out with these fine folks.

The kids are growing up so fast.

Mark and Adam arguing over whether or not Steeler player James Harrison scored…BTW, he did and it was the longest touchdown in Super Bowl history.

Watching the commercial with the 3-D glasses…did anyone else catch it??

It was a great game and it always good to spend time with friends. We missed you, Jessica, Brian, and Brenson! More to come this week…have a good one everyone! Cheers. [M]

It was a cold and rainy day in Clemson on Saturday, but that didn’t keep us from having a great time. Clemson became bowl eligible and beat its biggest rival, the South Carolina Gamecocks. There is no sweeter victory than one over USC. [V] Cheering on the Tigers

As you get to know us, you learn quickly that we are big supporters of Clemson University. One of my best friends who happens to be the leader of our family, started Clemson back in 1941. I am speaking about my grandfather. Trust me, you’ll hear me talk more about him in future posts. I could write novels about wisdom, leadership, and character. He taught our family well, and I gladly grew up a Clemson Tiger fan. Vernice and I can’t get enough of purple and orange! We love those Tigers.

Here are a few pics from the Clemson/Maryland game this year.

Enjoy. [M]

I am not sure about this one…

Big fan of James Davis!

We love our Tigers!!

Even though we didn’t get the win that day, Vernice and I had a great time in Clemson. While these shots were taken in the stands, I have decided that my goal for next year is to get on the field as an official photographer. Y’all hold me to it! Wish me luck!
