Let us first start out by wishing Landry a happy 1st birthday! It seems like yesterday that we were at the hospital welcoming our new friend into the world. Landry is so special to us for many reasons…for one, look how cute she is! Just over two years have passed since we photographed her parents’ wedding. If y’all remember, we shot Loren and Chad’s wedding in Charleson, SC on the Carolina Girl. We had an instant connection with them and have become best friends ever since. We can’t say enough how much we value the role the three of them play in our lives! We thank God everyday for them!

We love you guys and we can’t wait for Landry’s birthday party this weekend! Cheers. [M]

We had the amazing opportunity of photographing Hannah and David’s wedding yesterday in Blacksburg, SC. It was a beautiful day and a wonderful ceremony and we had a great time working with their families! It’s hard to believe our little nephew, Brenson is now a whopping two years old! It’s seems like just yesterday Jessica and Brian were over at our house telling us they were going to have a baby. Time sure does fly! It’s an understatement to say that we are a proud uncle and aunt. He has brought much excitement in our lives and it’s a thrill every time we get to spend time with him. If you have met Brenson, then you already know what all the fuss is about.

Our goal for 2011 is take more pictures of this little guy! For now, enjoy some of his 2 year portraits. Cheers. [M]

I’ve known Holly since our middle school days at Dawkins (Go Bearcats! Ha!). She has always been so sweet and I am very thankful for her friendship for all these years. Of course I was thrilled when Matthew and I photographed her and her sweet family a few weeks ago. Baby Lila, as you can see, is ADORABLE! Matthew and I photographed Charles and Tamela’s family session in Spartanburg a couple of weeks ago. The session was a gift to them from Charles’s sister, Stacey, as an anniversary present … so sweet! We had a great time getting to know the fun couple. They truly make each other happy which is a blessing to witness. Many thanks to the McClurkins … we had a blast!
