I think it is safe to say, Matthew and I are absolutely in love with our nephew! We shot his one month portraits this past Sunday. He was asleep most of the afternoon, but we were able to catch his attention for these fun photographs. We had a great time with the Yates family and we always look forward to capturing sweet moments in their lives. Enjoy! [V]

We decided to compete in a fun Valentine’s Day photo contest that our oh so talented friend Cheyenne Schultz is sponsoring. We had to incorporate a heart, candy, or cupid. My mom helped us take the photo so all props go to her. Back to the contest, we are hoping that our blog readers will help us get through the preliminaries so that we can compete in the finals. If we win, we’ll get the opportunity to have a photo shoot done of us. We’re always behind the camera, so this would be something we’d love to win.

I hope you are all doing well. February has been a month for us to plan and prepare for our upcoming weddings and portrait sessions.  For the month of March, our weekends are packed solid and we couldn’t be more excited. We recently ordered new business cards and they came in the mail today.
We went with a simple, yet slick look.  We’re excited about the rounded edges. We hope y’all like them!
